Matt Medeiros
Matt Medeiros took over partial ownership of Kemper Refrigeration over 15 years ago. He has since grown the company to split off on its own as Kemper Northwest. Kemper Northwest has since expanded to include offices in Idaho, Washington, and Utah. Matt is the lead system designer, a certified welder, and a former service technician, so he knows the industry from all sides. With experience in most forms of refrigeration on both small and large scales, Matt has been meeting the needs of facilities all over the Pacific Northwest for well over 30 years.
Chad Belvoir
Chad Belvoir started with Kemper in 2001 and has held various roles within the company including Service technician, Construction foreman, Service manager, Sales Engineer, and now Vice President. Whether a new facility, a large expansion, or a minor change to an existing facility, Chad has designed it, installed it, and serviced it. With his extensive knowledge of the industry and of the unique needs of facilities in the region Chad is implementing solutions to industrial refrigeration challenges throughout the Pacific Northwest.
Eric Claassen
Eric Claassen started working for Kemper Refrigeration in Idaho as an installer in 2004. Eric started managing installations in 2006 with Chad Belvoir. He was promoted to the Sales Engineer position in 2007. Eric earned partial ownership in 2014 and he is currently managing the California operations. Eric maintains relationships with the industry’s leading manufacturers to ensure that the latest in technological advancement is being used in combination with his in-depth knowledge of practical applications.
Gary Sprinkle
Gary Sprinkle started with Kemper in 2006 as a service technician. In 2008 he moved to the Construction side of the company and became a pipe fitter/welder. In 2012 he was promoted to lead construction foreman. In 2014 he was promoted to Construction manager. Currently Gary holds the position of Sales/project manager. With his diverse and extensive experience in the industry he lends valuable insight to our customers.
Aaron Claassen
Aaron Claassen started with Kemper in 1996 as a welder. With 23 years of experience in the field, Aaron has held various positions in the company including welder, foreman, and currently Construction manager. Aaron has built and maintained valuable relationships with customers and is an asset to Kemper and the industry.
Eric York
Eric York started at Kemper in 2004 as a Service technician, he came to Kemper with 15 years of experience in the industry under his belt. Since 2004 Eric has held various roles at Kemper including Service technician, Service manager, and Sales engineer. Eric holds CIRO certification, certificates from FES, Logix, and Danfoss classes, and is an active officer of the Treasure Valley RETA chapter. Eric also teaches operator refresher courses in Idaho and Utah.
Josh Fosberg
Josh Fosberg started with Kemper in 2006 in the Construction Department. Since 2006 Josh has held several different positions including Construction helper, Construction welder, Service Technician, Lead Service Technician, Service Manager, and Sales Engineer. Josh holds RETA CIRO, EPA HVAC, GEA and Frick Compressor Certifications, and Boiler class 6 certification. Josh is a valuable asset to the company and our customers.
Starla Donoho
Starla Donoho started with Kemper in 2013. Starla has been in office administration for almost 20 years. She started for Kemper as a payroll clerk and moved from HR manager to her position today as Corporate Office Manager.
Scott Hudson
Scott Hudson started with Kemper in 2010 as the Assistant to the Regional Salesman. Scott started transitioning into compliance driven areas of the business, and took over as Kemper’s safety manager in 2012. He then drove the Mechanical Integrity inspections, and compliance department offerings and created the compliance department that Kemper has today. Scott is currently helping to develop the RETA PSM book and is involved with leaders in the industry helping to pave the way to the future of PSM, RMP and General Duty compliance programs.
Drew Provard
Drew Provard started with Kemper in 2016 as a System Designer. Drew came to Kemper with 8 years’ experience in the industry as a CAD Drafter, and AutoCAD Certified Professional. Drew currently oversees the Engineering Department at Kemper.
Josh Mosier
Josh is responsible for Kemper’s safety program as it involves satisfying State, Federal, customer, and industrial safety requirements. The goal is to go above and beyond with safety. The only thing more important than getting the job done, is getting it done safely and correctly.
Brandon Jennings
Brandon Jennings joined Kemper in 2010 as a parts specialist. Brandon has been the Parts Supervisor overseeing the 4 different locations, ID, WA, UT and CA. Brandon is extremely knowledgeable in the parts field when it comes to taking care of the customers, foremen and all the needs that need to be met in this field.
Kim Sprinkle
Kim Sprinkle joined Kemper in 2013 as a Controller. Kim oversees all financial budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, revenue recognition, P&L and B/S for the company. She has been a controller for the past 8 years and in accounting for 18 years. She is extremely knowledgeable with all aspects in the office administration field.
Dan DaSilva
Dan DaSilva joined Kemper in 2016 with over 30 years of experience in the refrigeration industry. Dan has experience in all aspects of the industry from designing and building refrigeration systems, to managing PSM/RMP programs. Customers that call on Dan can be confident that no matter the issue – it will be handled safely and effectively.
Jon Chapin
Jon Chapin joined Kemper in 2018. Jon started in the refrigeration industry in 1999 working in maintenance. He has held positions from service manager to project manager. He is currently holding the position of the Director of Operations in Kemper’s Utah office and has created valuable customer service for the company.
Amy Whetton
Amy joined Kemper in 2016 with over 11 years of experience in the ammonia refrigeration industry. Amy is an integral team member at Kemper, where she builds quality relationships with customers and provides the best possible customer service. Prior to refrigeration, she spent several years in the safety industry organizing classes from OSHA and MSHA to Hazmat and continues to organize annual Hazwoper courses. Amy is the Utah chapter RETA Vice President and stays very involved and informed on the industry.
Devon Ryan
Devon started for Kemper in 2019. She has 8 year’s of experience in the Process Safety Management compliance field. She has been a PSM coordinator, Compliance Specialist, Regional Compliance Leader and currently is Kemper’s Compliance Office Supervisor. Devon holds certification for PSM/RMP.
